
Sahab organized and managed the Customer Forum 2026 for Ajman Port and Customs Department, bringing together customers and representatives of companies and institutions operating in the commercial, logistics, and maritime sectors to strengthen direct communication and exchange ideas that support service development. The forum featured presentations highlighting the Department’s key achievements and development initiatives, alongside an interactive session that enabled participants to share their feedback and suggestions for enhancing customer experience and improving services.
